Hi

I got married in December 2004 and my partner had previously claimed assylum which is pending until today. I have applied for her to join me a partner but was told the best will be for her to go back to Zimbabwe and apply for a Visa to Join me in the UK. Am a British citizen and am a bit scared for her safety as I used to be a Journalist but I have since changed the profession. Please advise if she goes and applies outside the UK will her case be valid since she had claimed Assylum before?
We have a 3 year old girl and we have been married for almost 4 years and have been living together.

She has to choose one... if you are concerned about her safety, then get married and wait for result of her asylum case. If her case is denied then you can file spouse visa for her, if her case's approved then you can just celebrate...
