I'm 26 and trying to get pregnant, me and my boyfriend never use comdoms and after we have sex when I go to the bathroom the sperm it usaually comes out... (like I peed myself) but one night after we were done nothing came out! Someone told me it's cause I might be pregnant... is this true?

How much comes out really plays little role in achieving pregnancy or not... in the vast majority of cases, plenty of sperm are released near the cervix so that what leaks out in the semen won't hurt your chances (even though it can look like a great deal of fluid).

Did you stay lying down longer than usual? Could it be that he didn't really ejaculate (guys may fake it now and then as well)? Or he may have, but there just may not have been the usual amount of semen at the time. Did you have a few encounters in one session? Maybe more than usual leaked out while you were still lying down.

Could be a number of possible reasons, but pregnancy would not be a cause. Doesn't mean you won't be pregnant, just that it doesn't cause less semen to be noticed.
