Can an ex-teacher with a sexual battery felony charge be admitted to medical school? The case was proven to be a consensual relationship with a 16 year old while the she was 24. :confused:

There can not be legally consensual relatoinshiop with a 16 year old if the age of consent is over 16. This is called RAPE or in this case sexual battery. So if there is a conviction on their record they will be on the sexual registery also, and no they will not be able to be a doctor
