    Unfair child support
My husband is being forced to pay child support on an amount of money he doesn't earn anymore,he has written many letters and followed instructions as to how to modify his support, yet the amount is still being taken from his retirement. What can he do?

The only way to modify a support order is with another support order - he needs to stop writing letters (I don't know what the other instructions were) and file for a modification based on changed circumstances.

This requires going back to court. He needs to file a petition to have his support order modified not just letters but an actual court appearance.
