I'm 18 years old I have been dating this girl for a while now her period has always been around the same time every month and she hasn't had a period in August we took the home pregnancy test and a blood test they botch came back negative is there any chance that she could still be pregnant?

It's possible, sometimes a test doesn't show a positive result if it is taken too early... even a blood test can be taken too early. She may just be skipping a cycle, which sometimes happens, but she may want to either wait another week and try another test at that time, or see what happens with her period in September and test then if it also doesn't show.

If you have been having unprotected sex of course the odds are yes, but even protected sex is not 100 percent protected.

But at times you have to wait alitle longer to be for sure.
