Do you already have a court ordered custody agreement ? If not then that's what your going to court for. You must have one inorder to make any demands on the other parent. Try to lay out a plan that you believe is fair and you both can live with. Remember holidays and borthdays etc when you write it out. Writing it down will give you more clarity. Take that with you when you see your solicitor. Good Luck.

Was there not a visitation order done when the divorce was done? If not then you need to go to court to get one.

If you have a visit schedule, then your attorney will work at forcing the schedule, if not you have to get a schedule
