    Puppy not being himself
I have a four month old Border Collie mutt mix and he has been the usual hyper, energetic puppy who has to be everywhere and chews everything. For the past day or so he is so lathargic and winey that I have no idea what is wrong with him. My boyfriend tried to feed him last night which I think just made him feel worse. He seems like he is so uncomfortable and just miserable. I am trying to be loving as much as possible, but I just want him to feel better. He is not really having diarrea, but they are loose. Which is not uncommon for him.
With all of his chewing I though maybe something did not agree with him, but I just want to make sure that he will be OK. Thanks

Hi... how lovely a border collie, they are gorgeous.

If he seems under the weather and is not feeding, he could have picked up a bug or similar, a bit like us humans do, chewing alsorts doesn't help, you just don't know what he's eaten when your not looking. It could be he's eaten something that's upsetting his tummy.

Just to be sure as he is so young, go along and see the vet, they'll soon sort him out.
I wouldn't leave it to long just in case he's swallowed something he should'nt have.
