I have a boyfriend, and my ex now has a girlfriend. My boyfriend and I are doing fabulous, and my ex and his girlfriend just got together. However, she is really weird. Nobody really likes her... and lately, my ex has been really nice to me (he was awful before) and being all like "you did great at this" and being awesomely nice. And he has said "love ya" to me a couple times before. Does that mean anything?

It doesn't matter what he is trying to say, what is more important here is whether you still have feelings for him. You said you and your boyfriend are doing fabulous so why are you interested in things your ex says and does? Why did you guys break up at the first place? Was it because of his behaviour?

Well we broke up because he didn't like me anymore, and we started fighting because he did and said mean things to and about me. But now that he's changed, I'm starting to feel like I like him again. I truly love my boyfriend, so I don't know what to do. If my ex does like me, I'd need time to think about going out with him again.

I think it means your better friends, than as a couple.

Obviously, he wants attention from you cause his new girlfriend doesn't get anything.
