Repairing a cracked concrete style shower base
I need some help with repairing a cracked concrete style shower base(white speckled hard material). Perhaps I could find out what type of top coating I should apply. I have used epoxy and it worked fine, but the shower base is not pleasing to the eye. I would like to apply some type of top coat so it looks good. Please advise and thank you very much!

If you tried epoxy and it worked for you just clean the surface and select a better color. I am a little surprised that the epoxy worked, it probably has filled the crack just enough to block the water but not truly bonded the cracked surfaces together. Where is the crack in relation to the drain. This is most likely cement/mortar.
