Let me make this short and to the point my accord was not shifting gears very smoothly and 3 days ago I got the transmittion flushed and then today I was at a dead stop waiting for a green light and I looked at the dash are and freaked out to see all kinds of lights on engine,oil,brake,doors,hood,trunk,u name it and it was on I drove home and engine was really hot never been this hot before.I need help any comments or more questions are welcome.

Begin by checking for codes. I would imagine that several codes have been thrown, particularly concerning the transmission.

It could be your motor is about to blow or low on a level of fuel if its 95 and below that means a new motor or above means your car is gay since it's a honda sorry but it's the truth:p
