What is the reaction equation for Pb(OH)2 + NaOH?
I mixed Pb(OH)2(s) and NaOH(aq) and the Pb(OH)2 dissolved. What is the equation which shows this reaction?

    Sn(OH)2 + NaOH = Na2[Sn(OH)4]
    Pb(OH)2 + NaOH = Na2PbO2

Um... can you look at the date the asker posted this question?

It's on '28 August 2008', which is practically 2 years ago. I think that the asker doesn't really need the answer now...

    Thanks!
