I have a problem with my new Samsung e250.. when it tries to receive picture messages it says authentication error and won't receive tham.. does anybody how I can fix this? Your help would be very appreciated, :)

You need to download the correct software contact your service provider and they will send it to you.

Sometimes when you get a new phone you have to send a picture message before you can receive one,I'm not sure why but that's what's happened to me! Give that a try if you don't get any luck with it contact your service provider it could be something to do with your settings
