    Hello ridavahid

    Fuse wire is intended to melt under too high current conditions, without getting warm under normal current draw. Therefore it's resistance is very low.

    Wire for a heating element is intended not to melt, but to get warm under normal current draw. Therefore it's resistance is several Ohms per meter.
