Looking for arrest warrant for a family member. How do I do it?

You most probably can't - an Attorney acting on behalf of the person with the warrant can or the person himself/herself can.

Occasionally the Police will release the info but then you're on the hot seat as to where the person is because, obviously, the Police want him/her.
