I would like to find out what paperwork I have to fill out in order to get my sons father to give up his parental rights? And if I live in a different state then he does do I go through the court in which I live or the courts in which my son was born?

If you search using this site's search feature you will see there are thousands of questions/answers on this same subject.

It is virtually impossible to take away a father's rights without his consent. Even WITH his consent the vast majority of States will not allow it - unless you are in a stable marriage of over 1 year and your husband is willing to adopt the child.

The father has rights which you cannot remove.

There aren't any forms you can fill out. Read some other threads you will learn a lot then if you have more questions come back to this one and add on your new questions.
