I want a design in red ink on my inner arm however I have some small stretchmarks there.
They're very small and white however I don't know if it's possible to tattoo over them. I've had all sorts on conflicting answers , cany anybody please help me?

I think you can, I don't see why not.

I don't see why not, except that it could hurt a lot more because its thinned skin. The best way would be to ask a tattooist. They'd know.

I think you can but the color and texture won't be the same as the rest of the tattoo, because the skin isn't the same. You will probably still see the stretch marks, in fact, they will be more pronounced.

Ask a reputable tattoo artist for the best and most accurate info.:)
