I Live In Lakeland,fl I Want To Sell My Place. I Filed Bankrupty In 1993. I Wanted To Know If There Might Be A Judgement On My Home. Do I Need To Go To The Court House And Check On Records Myself?

You would have a judgement against you, and they would have placed a lien against you house with that judgement.

So if you check your credit report you will see if there is a judgement, if you go to the county court house, and get with the recorder of deeds you will see if there is a lien on the property
