My passport is in the possession of the government as I am applying for a UK visa. My question is can I as a Canadian citizen, travel to the States by car with a birth certificate and picture id? Once I arrive in Buffalo, can I FLY from Bufallo to another state even though I am not an American citizen and will not have my passport.
