Is my soon to be wife liable for my current support obligations?
I'm getting married next year and have concerns that the mother of my child may look for additional support from me because I am now married and we have 2 incomes. Please advise. Thanks

This completely depends on what state you are in.

I would think so, as much as it stinks.

You and your fiancé are getting married so what's yours is hers and vice versa, and that's including income, unless you both choose to have separate financial accounts which in that case I don't see why she would be obligated to pay child support.

This isn't legal advice, just my opinion.

In most states, no, support is normally based on just your income, and/or the income of the child's other parent, not a spouse of that person.
But a few states do have that. So you need to check with a local attorney as how it is figured.

I think it's messed up that some states do that. Why should a step parent have to pay for a child that isn't even theirs?

In the states that do figure in the step parents income it isn't really put upon the step parent. The income of the spouce is added in to the ncp yearly income to figure how much he/she pays. But the new spouce isn't ordered to pay anything.
