I'm 15 years old, female and have been having sharp pains in the upper middle part of my chest. I'm pretty sure its not my heart because the pains usually move towards the upper right of my chest, right side of my neck, and sometimes below my right rib cage. It gets worse whenever I inhale. It's been happening for about 4 or 5 days now, and was wondering if I need to go to a doctor, or if anyone knows what this may be. Thanks.

Yes, you need to go to a doctor. It could be many things, and no one here can diagnose you. It could really be a variety of things, really. I wish I could help you out more honey, and there may be someone that comes on later, and might give you a few "it may be" responses, but the only way you are going to find out for sure, is to get to your Dr. If it has latest this long, you need to go and find out. It could be something simple, or something that needs more immediate attention. I'm sorry I couldn't help you out more than that, but I would get in to see your Dr. :)
