(from what I can remember) It has no words in it, except a voice whispering "Al-ways..." every couple of minutes with the sound of wind(?) or waves(?) like a "swoosh" behind it. The beat would stop for a couple of seconds when you heard that, and then would start again.
It's not a typical fast techno song. Has a medium tempo with bass.

Have you found the name of that song yet? Last year I heard that song and I can't, for the life of me, figure out who it's from. The only thing I remember is that they say Al-ways. I did a quick search again tonight and saw you were looking for the same song!
