This movie was a children's animated movie that I remember watching as a kid and I can't remember too much only that it was about a king and his entire like city or whatever was being taken over by this black bad ooze or something and I remember in one part his whole body up to his neck is taken over by this black stuff sorry I'm vague on the details:confused:... Please help!
