Hello, I am 21 and have recently gotten off the deprovera shot about a month ago. I used the shot for about a year and a half and chose to come off it because of the weight gain and no longer really needing it. I have had my period every since the shot has worn off, my doctor says that this is normal however I am still quite worried. What do I do?

As your doctor said, this is quite normal. It can take quite a bit of time for your natural hormones to come back into play. Basically you just have to ride it out and wait for your period to stop on its own.
