LONG STORY SHORT;An acquaintaince of mine has been corresponding with a European girl for a few months. Now they are talking about marriage. She would be considered underage in all but a few states here in the U.S. She only needs her parents approval over there and she says her father and mother would gladly approve. My question; Is this legal? Can he really do this?

As long as she is a minor, even with consent from her parents, I don't think the consulate will approve this case.
