Sandblasting would work, but this is easier on a wall where the bricks are all lined up and cemented together. You could just throw sand on top of them and walk around on them for awhile then vacuum it up. Are they loose where you could just flip them over? Washing with acid like muriatic acid would clean up
I'm on notice from my wife, and not allowed power tools for awhile after that last incident... but enough about me
Try the pressure washer by itself and see how it goes, then maybe some TSP before moving on to the acid. I'd be afraid the acid might discolor the bricks, don't use more than a 10% solution.
