Civil judgement while on probation for deffered felony
My question is if one is on deferred felony supervision with a 5 yr probation and has a civil judgement forthcoming
    Will the probation be revoked?

Don't see any reason why, unless paying this bill was a condition of your probation.

No, a civil lawsuit - which is how a Judgment results - should not matter at all - of course, if it's a Judgment as a result of fraud or criminal activity, the reason for the suit will matter. The Judgment itself will not.

I was a probation officer in Maryland for quite awhile and can tell you that, in addition to what was said above, civil matters (bankruptcy, divorce, civil judgements, a finding of liability in a lawsuit, etc.) don't have any effect on probation.

HOWEVER, if a court, even a civil court, orders you to do something, and it doesn't get done, this could be a violation of probation in that one standard condition of probation is to "obey all laws" and court orders are generally considered to fall into this category.
