    pool liner won't fit
    I just bought a new 32 x 15 oval liner overlap it said to pull liner over top rails still installed.Then pull liner down the sides until liner bottom is a couple of inches off the ground.THe problem is is that I can barley get the liner over the top rails anybody got any advice.

    If you are sure that you have the right liner, let it set out in the sun for a couple of days and see if it relaxes. It doesn't sound right to me, but it may relax with the heat of the sun.

    It doesn't sound right that the top rail is installed. If you're trying to stretch it over the top hand-rail, that is not right. It goes between that rail and the wall. Under that rail, there is a retainer that pushes down onto the liner and holds it on the wall. It should overlap about an inch under the retainer.

    I agree, the liner goes over the wall not the rail.
