This has always bothered me I can perfectly like my elbow I just twist my arm and like it. Oh I have a normal sized tongue. What could lead tothis inhuman ability? Any guesses?

Why would to "like your elbow" be an inhuman ability?
I would not even say that to lick your elbow is an inhuman ability.
Just a strange habit and hobby...

You may have double jointed shoulders, I do and can lick my elbow as well.
