How to lose my back acne
Hey I`m 19 years old and over the years I've found that my acne has move from my face to my back. Know the back acne is not huge any more just tiny little break outs. I shower every day but I still can`t get rid of it. What are some good tips about removing back acne.

If you go to the doctors they can give you pills to sort it out

Make sure you wash your back off, sometimes left over shampoo that's not completely washed off can make it worse..

    Also don't pick it!!

And you can try this cream stuff that has bensoilperoxide (sp) that might be a little less harsh than the pills... (those acne pills have lots of side effects).. you can go to the doctors for the bensoil

Make sure that you wash your hair, and condition it before you wash your back. Conditioner is extremely comedogenic, and will clog pores. I always wash my back last.
Find a good back scrub, one that reaches all the way around. It's very hard to exfoliate your back when you shower, it's not an easy to reach place, but exfoliation is the key to good skin; those dead skin cells on your back are definitely not helping the breakouts.
Always wear a clean shirt to bed, and change your sheets often.
Benzoyl peroxide is good, too. If you do use it, be sure to use it generously, as the skin is a lot thicker on your back than your face. You can also get some prescription antibiotics to clear up body acne, as well... minocycline is extremely popular for this reason, as is tetracycline.
    Good luck
