My first thought was Elvis Costello, but I don't think it is.
Sounds very familiar, but after several listens I still cannot make out enough lyrics to search it. If you can make out the lyrics, give us a few lines and that'll be the trick to confirming what it is and who does it.
I tried to figure out the lyrics, but as my first language is not English, I failed to get a complete line out of this song. Anyone that could help writing the lyrics down from the clip?
Sorry I can't help on the music ( music of that era all sounded the same to me - singers with strangled voices competing with over ampified backing ;) )
I can't remember exactly where I saw it - but there is a search engine about where you play or type just a few words of the record and it comes up with an answer - may be worth googling for it. I seem to remember it was pretty hot finding western based music - not so good on latino

Will usually land you on a page of the lyrics with the title and artist...
The chorus seems to be saying, "She's gone looking for a love", but no amount of Googlization (with or without the 'a' or the 'she's') have produced the lyrics. Sorry.
