Is it a requirement to have your ears pierced? If don't want to do it then don't.

It stings for like two seconds like getting stung by a bee and if you wash it regularly it won`t get infected

Hey I just got mine periced today and it dose hurt a little like a sting but I don't think as much as a bee sting. And it will be a little sore after for a while. But its worth it

It feel like a really sharp pinch, and its warm after a while but its always worth it.
Piercings, especially cartilage ones are just so much fun to have.
But, you should only really clean it with a salt water mix.
You mix warm water with non-idodized sea salt until it tastes about as salty as your tears and invert the cup of water over your piercing for 5-10 minutes.
But you have to clean it off with fresh water after because the salt water is going to try and suck out the pus and crusties.
If you get it done professionally, and listen, actually listen, to what they tell you about aftercare, you shouldn't have a problem.
(I gave myself 4 lobe piercings and they're all doing fine. Plus I got 2 cartilage ones from my friend and they have bumps on the back, but that's because I took the earrings out too many times, and didn't clean them properly, but I still have them in and they don't cause me any problems. Even if they occasionally do, I just do a couple salt water soaks and they're fine again.)
I'd say go for it! :]

Honestly, its not bad at all, just a little uncomfortable on the first two nights sleeping on it. Just have someone there to hold your hand and have a good and filling meal before hand. It won't get infected if you clean it as instructed by your piercer. Good luck.
