I found a pill its Pliva 441 and the other side has 3 50's on it?

If you "found" a pill, then the best thing to do would be to take it to a pharmacist who can meet and speak with you in person concerning it who would be able to identify it properly, personally address your concerns about it, and who would be able to then dispose of it in a proper and safe manner.

"Probably right" really doesn't really "cut it" when identifying pills or medications of any kind.

Why take a risk based upon guesses by people whom you don't know?

What the hell does that kind of thing do to you? Is it for major pain?

Trazodone is an antidepressant and has investigational uses for chronic pain.

It looks weird, and I have never heard of it, and isn't 150mg a lot?

No, it's not a lot really that is the recommended daily dosage in divided doses. The highest amount recommended is 600mg/day.
