I haven't been able to sleep through the night for the last few weeks. I have been super stressed out as I just started dating this girl a couple months ago and everything happened so fast, and now she is pregnant. I can't sleep because I lay there and my mind is just racing the whole time and I just have an uneasy feeling that I am crazy about her and she doesn't feel the same about me.
Anyway I took 2 advil pm's last night but still woke up every hour. Any suggestions on what to do?

You can try some of the over the counter sleep aids, they may help or go to the doctor and get checked out it may be due to stress or something else. Some people have told me to get the melatonin its an over the counter vitamin type liquid that is supposed to be all natural.
