    Hi, bhanuprakash!

Greetings and WELCOME to the site! I just titled, reworded it a bit to make it a little more understandable and moved your question that you had posted as an answer to someone's really old introduction in Introductions to this topic area so that it would get the most exposure to those who are best able to answer it. Introductions is for people to introduce themselves and we try to not ask questions there.

You're question will be much more likely to get noticed and answered in this topic area.

This place doesn't work the same way that a chat room does. So, if someone wants to ask a new question that's not related to the original question at the top of the page in a thread, then it's best to be starting a new thread with the new question.

We would appreciate it if you would return to Introductions sometime though, to tell us a little about yourself, if you would be willing to do that.

    Thanks!

Is that Windows 2003 Server or is it Windows 2003 Small Business Server?

Either way, in order to set up a Virtual Private Network (VPN), you will first need to obtain a static IP address for your Internet connection. This costs more than one that is a dynamic address. You need to have a known, fixed connection to set up a reliable VPN.

You can setup a VPN with either your router (if it supports VPN) or with Windows 2003 SBS or Standard server editions since both support ISA server. This works as an Internet Proxy server for your internal users and can be configured to support VPN as well.
