My visa is j1 student inter exchange program.

If you are not subject to 2 years in home country, you can apply for a change of status to other non-immigrant visas such as visitor's visa or student visa. However, to obtain H-1B may not be easy at this point because you must have a job offer first, plus getting approval from the Labor Department, etc. H-1B visa can be applied only once a year and if you overstayed any non-immigrant visa, you will not be qualified.

Sir I apply for j2 visa and they said to me make first insurance. Can you tell me were can I apply wich insurance.he said transport insurance, I can apply in india but they asking arrivel date. With out date I can't apply help me.
