I live in North Dakota and never wished to recive child support from my ex but my child need to go to a special doctor and I had to fill for help which made me fill child support. I know he has a resp. to pay for his child but I feel if I drop child support he leave me and my child alone he is not a good guy and beat me several times I know I should though twice about havind his child I am stuck now and I can't take it back I am willing to not have a help from the state. He already agreed to drop his rights how can I get rid of child support help me

First when did he beat you, you should not be having any contact at all with him,

Has he scared you into wanting to give up child support, the fact is, he can not just sign over any rights and get out of child support until you have a new partner that is willing to adopt the child

And you should make sure he is paying the full amount he has to pay and be sure he is never a day late with a payment,

You sound like you are sad he is being made to do what he should have done without being forced.

And you are willing to let your child suffer because you don'[t want to make him do his duty, is this is what you are saying?

Do you have a restraining order against him? Child support is for the child, if your child needs special help you really have to get the support even more than before. You shouldn't just let your child suffer because you don't want to be the bad guy that makes him own up to his responsibilities.
