Carrier Circuit Board - Bad Resistor
I have a Carrier Furnace which has a bad circuit board. I noticed that the resistors on the printed Circuit board look burned. The circuit board is a CES0110057-00 and the resistors reside on R57 and R58. I would like to replace the resistors but not sure how to identify the resistance level. The resistor has a blue body a gold, orange, red, and gold bands. Not sure if that's the correct order and colors might be off. That would be great if someone can help me identify the resistance level and where I can purchase them. I had zero luck at Radio Shack.

    Thanks.

I've attached a picture of the resistor.

    Thanks.

That's a control board for a old 80% furnace. You can spend the time replacing the resistor only to find something els wrong. Your better off replacing the board.

Although an old post, a question worth asking, is worth answering.
The Gold at 1 end il likely a brown.
So with Brown/Orange and Red. That would be a 1(for brown), a orange( a 3), and a red is 2(3rd band is how many zeros).
So that would read 12 and 2 zeros or
1200 ohms, the Gold Band is Tolerance(Gold is 5%).
Silver is 10%, no band is 20%.
When I was a Teen, I used 2% Flamproof resistors for my circuits on Guitars.
Resistance wasn't critical. But seemed More Correct/precise.
