How to Get Full custody of my son Once Again.
Hello My name is Jessica and I am 23 years old. I have a little boy who is about to be 4 years old in October. And I have had Full custody of my son ever since he was born. Then me and his father separated when our son was about 7 months old. We were never married or anything. So I moved out of his mothers house, and moved to Maryland. I remained there for some time. Then I came back to jersey and Moved in with this guy that I knew for some time.
We are now engaged! He also has custody of three of his kids. So to make a long story short. My sons father called Dfyus On me saying that my Fianci was hitting my son. We went to court and everything. Dfyus never had any prove that my son was physically abused but yet the judge gave my sons father Temporary Custody. The judge said I was distressed! But yet I was happy with my life until they took my son away. Now I want to know how can I go back to court and get my son back without there being any problems. :( Please I Need Help!

Did you get an attorney to represent you in the hearing? If not, that was your big mistake. Now get an attorney and refile for return of custody.

The best thing you can do is hire a lawyer. You will be fighting a losing battle if you try it alone.

It sounds like you acted poorly at the hearing, leading the judge to question things.

You need to get with your attorney and prepare yourself for the follow-up hearing. Get testimony on how good a mother you are, get a psych eval of your son. Above all you need to remain calm suring the hearing.
