I have a felony possession of marijuana charge and I've been on probation for almost a year, but I'm due in court for my second violation for f.t.a on time served. This is my only criminal offense ever, what can/ should I expect as punishment?

You could be sent to jail (prison) for the remainder of your original sentence. It will be completely up to the judge
Hello casondad:
The Padre told you right. I just want to take a minute and say the judge who put you on probation for felony possession of marijuana should be sent to prison. HE, and the cops who arrested you are the perpetrators of a CRIME - NOT you!!

You might just get more probation or have to serve your original sentence. It all depends on the Judge. Second offenses for felony violations are taken much more seriously than first felony violations.
