I guess he didn't feel the same. What makes you love him? Once he slept with your sister of all people, you shouldn't even consider wanting to be with him. I mean, who's next? A cousin? Are you even in a relationship with him or you just slept with him? If you was having a relationship with him instead of relations, did your sister know? A lot is missing.

You should dump him and never ever look back. Talk to your sister and straighten things out.

Why were you intimate with him? What was the point? Was it just recreational fooling around for fun, or did he manage to trick you into thinking you were special in some way?

If it was recreational, then getting mad about him doing the same with your sister is probably not reasonable. You know? It's just more recreational fooling around. It happens.

Getting mad at him or your sister may serve no purpose at all. If he tricked you in some way, well, those two have now done you a favor, haven't they? You know he's a player and the "intimacy" meant nothing. That's really good info to have, isn't it?

Sweetheart, I can tell by your post that you are young. Most women that have built up enough self esteem through life would automatically know the answer to your question. This is the unwritten cardinal rule, passed down from generation to generation of sisterhood. YOU DON'T SLEEP WITH A MAN THAT HAS SLEPT WITH YOUR SISTER. Furthermore, you don't pursue a man that has slept with your sister. I know that you weren't the one to break the cardinal rule first, so maybe you need to let your sister know the cardinal rule.
Any man that sleeps with you and then your sister obviously has no respect for the both of you. Just move on, because obviously he has. From what it sounds like you two weren't in a relationship anyway. So pick yourself esteem off the floor and find someone that will not sleep with your sister. Actually I would not suggest that for you right now. Just focus on yourself.

How can you say you love somebody that you obviously had no idea who he was or what he was like? Once you have sex with him you are only in emotional lust for him.
You are in love with the idea of being in love---NOT in love with HIM for who he is.
