I have a 1990 Honda Accord EX that just won't start. It has spark, and it has fuel up to the fuel rail, please help :)

Is gas getting into the cylinders?

Try to start it, then unscrew and look/smell the spark plug... anything? (clogged injectors)

Remove all the plugs and turn it over a few times... anything spew out of the holes? (mybe flooded)

Does it even "chug" like its trying... or.. nothing?
