I have been bailed for the last 9 months for a crime I did not commit every time I go back to police station they bail me for another couple of months how many times can they do this before they either charge me or drop the charges?

You should keep all your questions related to this event on the same thread. It'll be easier for us to keep track, and you too. Plus, asking the same question again won't get you any different answers.
You are entitled, under the Constitution, to have a quick and speedy trial. That's between 90 and 120 days. If they're not doing that, you can have your charges dismissed.
Of course, YOUR attorney can do that - not you. If you don't have an attorney, you should get one. Certainly, one should have been appointed to you. If that didn't happen, you can get your charges dismissed. Again, you're going to need an attorney to get that done.
If you just sit and wait, they're going to screw you.
