When working w/ r 410a,do you need a special vacuum pump,if so which one, what are normal operating pressures on a 90 degree day,and can you use existing copper lines from r22?

    No.

There is no such thing as "normal".

Maybe. Recommended diameter should match. Lines must be flushed.
The oils from R22 and R410A are incompatible.
