    Ain't that easy! What kind of head pressure are we speaking of? Draining what? Water? Sewage? Something else?" 60GPM. Is this from a pump? A storage tank? Something else? Why that specific GPM? And why does 15 feet enter into the equation at all? Is this some kind of a homework question? If isn't then give us more details. Regards, Tom
