Hatachi 50ex14bv use to turn off by itself but would turn back on and now it won't turn on at all. When you push the power button you can hear a click like its going to turn on but there is no picture. The red light comes on then goes right back off. My husband took off the back off the TV and there is a green light that comes on when you push the power button on but there is still no picture. Can you please help!

That's an LCD projection correct? How old is it?

Its 12 years old and I know that we are due for a new TV, but we just don't have the money for one right now. It says it's a color projection TV I think that's the same thing.

Yikes.. could be so many things. And really.. more than likely. The price to fix it will be close to the price of a whole new TV.
