    H1b Transfer Without Going To Us Even Once?
    Hi ,

    I will be getting my H1B visa stamped from company A in Sep 2008 and it will be valid from 1st oct 2008.I don't intend to go to USA for company A which has filed my visa as I might be joining a new company B next year.
    Will I be able to use this H1 visa to go to USA from company B in future?
    What is the procedure involved in case of transferring the visa from company A to company B?

    H-1 transfer requires pay stubs for at least 2 weeks otherwise you cannot do a transfer especially you haven't entered US on H-1 visa yet.
