Hello can some 1 help me I have just got a 18 month contract for a usb dongle for the internet for my girlfriend which she said she would pay each month of 20 pounds but as we have split up she says she's not going to pay for it , can I takE her to the small claims to make sure she pays it.just that 18 moths is a long time, please any 1 could help me on this 1.

I'm confused. Why do you have an 18-month contract on something that costs less than $100?

No 20 pounds a month so that's 18 x 20 =360 understand

If you have smome proof that she agreed to pay the contract, then yes, you can take her to court to make the payments.
