    My Itching Puppy?
Can anyone tell me what I can do to rid my 3 month old poodle from Itching so much. After taking him to the Vet twice they did a skin test and it came back negative for mites etc. he also is negative for fleas they gave me a very expensive perscribtion along with shampoos and conditioners but my baby still itches constantly? Thank you very much. Hes my first baby

I hate to see treatments used without knowing the cause of a problem. I think your vet needs to give you a diagnosis - you have certainly given him the opportunity to find the cause of the problem. If I took my dog to a vet, used the vets treatment and it failed to work, I would go back to that vet and ask why it did not work, what the cause or the dogs problem was and what vet had planned for subsequent treatments. If I did not get a satisfactory response, I would change vets.

Another thing to look at is the humidity in the house. Dry air causes dry skin. Sometimes upping the humidity is enough to make everyone feel better.
