I have a 6yr old child and have been separated from his father for 4+years. I know he's doing drugs. Can I file for soul physical custody without a lawyer?

You can try filing for sole physical custody with out a laywer but we will always recommend using one. How is custody divided up right now? Do you have proof that he father is using illegal drugs?
