A courthouse wedding doesn't require planning. Contact the courthouse and get their list of requirements, fulfill them, and show up on your scheduled date.

If you Google the name of your county, the state & marriage license you will get a lot of helpful online & the numbers to call to make the process easier for you.

Each location has a different procedure so without knowing where you are it's impossible to give you more accurate info, I'm afraid.
